Quick pork with vegetables
Make the marinade as above. Slice the pork into strips and fry in a hot wok with 1 tbsp oil for about 4 mins, then tip onto a plate. Add another tbsp oil, then stir-fry a 300g pack stir-fry vegetables for 3 mins. Pour over the marinade, add the pork and any juices, then stir through to coat.
